Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation for Beginners Course

Mindfulness helps to engage the relaxation response to reduce anxiety, stress and unhappiness. It also teaches us to recognise mental habits which create distress – such as worry, self-criticism or criticising others, blaming, ruminating, predicting worse case scenarios, judging, impatience, moodiness, grumpiness – and teaches methods to manage these and other unhelpful patterns.
